Biological Safety Cabinet

Description

A Biological Safety Cabinet creates a safe laboratory environment by combining optimal airflow design with an integrated HEPA filtration system. Room air is drawn in through the intake grille on the front of the unit, then directed under the work surface and to the top of the cabinet, where it is filtered by a HEPA filter.

Inside the cabinet, negative pressure is created, resulting in a primary containment work area, while HEPA filtration supplies clean air to the work surface in a vertical laminar flow pattern. These airflow patterns create an optimal front-opening air curtain, protecting personnel and products. The exhaust HEPA filter captures biohazardous particles before the air is exhausted back into the laboratory, protecting the environment.

-LCD Display: Large digital display is easy to monitor all the safety parameters at a glance, and an ergonomically sized control panel improves the user interface.

-Remote Control: All functions can be realized with it, making the operation much easier and more convenient.

-Air-Vent: All functions can be realized with it, making the operation much easier and more convenient.

-Work Zone: The work zone is made of 304 stainless steel and is surrounded by negative pressure.

-Footmaster Caster: Universal caster with brake and leveling feet.

-Front Window: Two-layer laminated toughened glass > 5 mm, anti-UV.

-Foot Switch: Adjust the front window height by foot during an experiment to avoid airflow turbulence caused by arm movement.

-UV Lamp: Emission of 253.7 nanometers for most efficient decontamination.

-Waterproof Socket: Two (2) waterproof sockets are located in the side wall for optimum convenience of using small devices inside the cabinet.
